Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after confirmation and, where applicable, payment. Equipment is packed for safe transit; large instruments are scheduled with installation.
Delivery & tracking
Delivery timelines depend on the product and destination and are shared at order confirmation. Tracking is provided where the logistics partner supports it.
Installation
Where installation is included, our service engineer schedules commissioning and operator training after delivery.
International
