Returns & Refund Policy
Returns, replacement and refund terms.
Equipment
Capital equipment is made-to-order / configured and is generally not returnable once dispatched, except for verified manufacturing defects, which are addressed under warranty by repair or replacement.
Consumables
Sealed consumables may be returned within the stated window if unopened and in original condition. Lot-controlled or cold-chain items may be non-returnable for safety reasons.
Damaged in transit
Report transit damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines depend on the payment provider.
