Equipment Cleaning Checklist
- Microtome — brush wax, wipe, oil per IFU
- Floatation bath — empty, clean, refill daily
- Water bath / oven — descale, verify temperature
- Embedding station — clear wax spills, clean moulds
- Stainer — refresh reagents, clean jars
- Cryostat — defrost, disinfect, UV where available
Follow manufacturer instructions and log cleaning.
