To maintain reagent quality by scheduled rotation and change.

Materials & equipment
- Fresh reagents and wax
- Reagent change log
Procedure
- Follow the defined change/rotation frequency based on workload and quality.
- Rotate reagents forward and add fresh at the final stations.
- Replace wax baths on schedule; keep final wax free of clearant carry-over.
- Record every change with date and initials.
- Review section quality as an indicator to bring changes forward.
